ELIGIBILITY

Subject to these Official Rules, the Giveaway is open only to permanent legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of the Promoter, Adventure Cinema, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or where additional registration/bonding would be required.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 10:00am BST on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Sunday, 31 August 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate during the entry period:

1. Follow both @ringuk and @adventurecinema on Instagram.

2. Like the official giveaway post.

3. Tag a movie-loving friend in the comments.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

By entering, you agree that your submission and any personal data provided may be used by Adventure Cinema in accordance with its Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Ring Battery Video Doorbell
• One (1) Ring Outdoor Camera
• Two (2) Adventure Cinema tickets

Approximate retail value of prize package: £389.99

No cash alternatives or substitutions permitted, except that the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. Winner should allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery.

PRIZE SELECTION & WINNER NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be randomly selected after the Entry Period closes, using a third-party random winner generator.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @adventurecinema by Friday, 5 September 2025. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If no response is received within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

Adventure Cinema will mail the prize to the address provided by the Winner upon verification. To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or these Official Rules within six (6) months after the end of the Entry Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Please note: The winner will only be contacted by Adventure Cinema. Ignore any messages about this giveaway from other accounts, they may be fraudulent or spam.

Adventure Cinema will never ask for payment or personal banking information to claim a prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in the Giveaway or accepting the Prize, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules. The Winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and address, and may be required to sign a Publicity Release or similar document, at Adventure Cinema’s discretion.

Adventure Cinema is not responsible for:

1. Incorrect or incomplete information provided by entrants
2. Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or notifications 
3. Technical issues, including mobile or network failures 
4. Damage to a user’s system due to participation or prize delivery
5. Any warranties with respect to the prize 

THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND PROMOTER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Adventure Cinema, Ring, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your participation or use of the prize. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with the Giveaway may be disqualified and prosecuted.

Adventure Cinema reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it becomes compromised or corrupted. 

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
