1. Competition Dates:
• Competition Launch: 00.00.01 GMT on Friday 6th October 2023
• Competition Close: 23:59:59 GMT on Friday 3rd November 2023.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
3. How to Enter:
• If entering via QR code in cinema, this will take you to the Adventure Cinema x PopchipsUK collaboration post on Facebook or Instagram.
• The participant must comment on the Adventure Cinema x PopchipsUK collaboration post and follow both @popchipsuk and @adventurecinema on either Facebook or Instagram.
• The participant can only enter the competition once.
• The participant can share the link with a friend, so they may enter as well, however, they must have a different and legitimate email and home address.
4. Prize Details:
• VIP tickets to The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes. This includes travel and accommodation (see below for more details).
o The prize on offer is 1 pair of tickets to a Special Preview Screening in London for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes on 9th November, and a stay for 2 people for one night in a twin/double room at a hotel on the 9th November, on a B&B basis. The prize also includes up to £200 to be put towards commercially reasonable travel costs.
o It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to follow all COVID-19 rules and regulations, as well as meeting all medical and legal requirements dictated by the venue.
o Travel bookings will be made on the winner's behalf, or the winner will be reimbursed for any driving expenses.
o The winner and guest will be liable for any other expenses incurred during the trip.
o All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, a hotel of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion.

By choosing to take part in any element of the prize, winner and guest acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize package; The Prize Provider is Prizeshark Ltd on behalf of Lionsgate UK. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy.
• VIP tickets to Adventure Cinema 2024, on a date and at a venue of your choice.
o 2 x VIP tickets to Adventure Cinema’s 2024 season. Winner will be able to pick a date and venue of there choice (subject to availability).
• A year’s worth of popchips.
o This refers to 360 23g packets of your flavour choice of popchips, which will be delivered to the winner’s home.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
• If you have won, the official Adventure Cinema Facebook or Instagram account will be in touch to organise your prize fulfilment within 28 days of the competition closing.
• Winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Data Protection and Privacy:
• Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent, except our distribution partners for delivery purposes.
7. Prize Substitution:
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Once booked, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable
8. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoters will have the right to ask the winner for proof of voting.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the promoters and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found on the

• The promoters will not be liable if false Instagram accounts or landing pages are setup, claiming to be from other Adventure Cinema or popchips accounts and a participant wrongly hands over information to these false accounts.
